To utilize our services, every customer must register for a Four Point Couriers account and obtain a unique customer identification number. This identifier enables us to receive, process, track, and deliver shipments accurately and efficiently. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their account information remains accurate and up to date at all times.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer”, “you”, or “your”) and Four Point Couriers. By registering an account, accessing our website, submitting a shipment, requesting our services, or otherwise engaging with Four Point Couriers in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional policies published by the Company.

These Terms apply to every shipment handled by Four Point Couriers, regardless of how the shipment is initiated or how instructions are communicated. • you are legally entitled to ship the goods submitted for transportation;

• your shipment complies with all applicable laws and regulations of the United States, Jamaica, and any other relevant jurisdiction;

• your shipment does not contain prohibited or restricted items unless all required approvals and documentation have been obtained; and

• you agree to comply with these Terms, our published policies, and any lawful instructions issued by Four Point Couriers.

Four Point Couriers acts as a courier and logistics service provider and coordinates the transportation, handling, customs facilitation, storage, and delivery of shipments through its operational network and approved third-party service providers, including freight forwarding partners, carriers, customs brokers, and delivery personnel where applicable. While we carefully select our service partners, certain portions of the shipping process may be performed by independent third parties, and their services may be subject to additional operational requirements beyond our direct control.

Estimated delivery times, shipping schedules, and service commitments are provided in good faith and are based on normal operating conditions.
