How It Works
1. Have an Active FourPoint Account An active FourPoint Couriers account is required to use Shopping Concierge.
2. Send Us Your Request Provide the product link and details for the item(s) you would like us to purchase.
3. Review & Pay We will provide the purchase details for your approval. Payment for the requested goods, along with the applicable US$5 Concierge service charge per transaction, must be received before your order is placed.
4. We Handle the Purchase Once payment is confirmed, our team places the order on your behalf and manages the purchase through to delivery at our U.S. warehouse.
5. Follow Your Package Once your package arrives at our warehouse, it will be linked to your FourPoint account. You can view its arrival, monitor when it is shipped to Jamaica, and access your shipping invoice directly through your account.

Estimated transit times are: Air Freight Typically 3–7 business days after your package arrives at our U.S. warehouse. Sea Freight Typically 2–4 weeks after departure from our U.S. warehouse. Please note that customs inspections, weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances may occasionally affect delivery times.
Yes. Once your package has been received by our U.S. warehouse and processed, you'll be able to monitor its progress through your customer account. We'll also notify you when your shipment is ready for pickup or delivery.
Yes. We offer special shipping rates for approved small businesses and commercial customers that ship regularly or in larger volumes. Contact our team to learn more about our business shipping solutions and available discounts.
Our shipping process is simple: Create your free Four Point Couriers account. Receive your U.S. shipping address and Customer Identification Number. Shop online from your favorite U.S. retailers. Ship your purchases to your assigned U.S. address. We receive and process your package. Your package is shipped to Jamaica via air or sea freight. Once your shipment arrives, we'll notify you when it's ready for pickup or islandwide delivery.
Shipping charges are calculated using the greater of: The actual weight of your package; or The volumetric (dimensional) weight. Additional charges may apply for oversized items, handling fee of J$500 for packages 20lbs and over, customs duties, or islandwide delivery where applicable. Current rates are available on our website.
To ensure the safety of our customers and comply with the laws and regulations of Jamaica and the United States, Four Point Couriers does not accept shipments containing prohibited items, hazardous materials, illegal substances, firearms, explosives, or any other goods that are restricted or prohibited by law. Some items may require import permits, licences, or approval from the relevant Jamaican authorities before they can be shipped. Customers are responsible for ensuring that any item they ship complies with all applicable import and customs regulations.
